Cancellation Policy

We are pleased to cancel and re-schedule without penalty or administration fees, up to 24 hours before your appointment. Less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, re-scheduling or non-attendance on the day incurs a cancellation fee which will be the secured £25 deposit as we will be unable to re-use the time to support other clients. If an appointment is cancelled more than 3 times, Dyosa Aesthetics reserves the right to not offer an alternative appointment.
